Traditional manual sampling only covers 5% of the output, which cannot meet the “zero tolerance” requirement of the EU EN71 standard for metal impurities, resulting in product exports being blocked.

Equipment upgrade:
Deploy a high-frequency electromagnetic induction metal detector, and the detection accuracy is increased to 0.15mm. It can identify iron, aluminum, and stainless steel particles, and adapt to the hidden detection needs of micro plastic parts.
Adopt anti-static interference technology to avoid false alarms caused by electrostatic adsorption of metal dust on the plastic surface.
Intelligent transformation of production lines:
The metal detector is embedded after the finished product packaging link to realize metal pollution monitoring (processing speed: 250 pieces/minute). Through the dynamic threshold adjustment algorithm, the metal accessories (such as screws) and impurities inside the toy are automatically distinguished, and the false rejection rate is reduced to less than 0.5% 37.
Compliance management enhancement:
The test data generates the compliance report of GB 6675-2024 “Toy Safety Technical Specifications” in real time, supporting rapid response to market supervision inspections.
